I’m Coach JC. A mom of four, a wife, a veteran, and a woman who refused to settle for “this is just life.”

For years, I played by the rules—climbing corporate ladders, managing multi-million-dollar businesses, grinding day in and day out to build someone else’s dream. I knew deep down I was meant for more. I wanted time freedom, financial overflow, and a life I didn’t need to escape from. But most of all—I wanted my kids to see what was possible when you bet on yourself.

So, I did what most people wouldn’t dare to do: I walked away from the “safe” paycheck and built my own empire. In just 2.5 years, I scaled my business platform to over $1M while being fully present for my family, taking vacations, and working minimal hours. No more sacrificing my life for a job that didn’t value me.

Now, through JC & T Elevate, I teach other powerhouse women over 40 how to quit their 9-5, create financial freedom, and design a luxurious retirement on their own terms—without wasting time or money.
